You ll just click on the icon and the app will open. Click again on Need assistance and the toll-free program number appears. One more click and you re connected by phone with a LifeWorks consultant. LifeWorks is also provided under the following program names: LifeBalance, MyARL, and inConfidence. The app can be used with any of these programs.
